Photography FAQ
How long until I get my photos?
Timing can be critical! Excitement can be hard to contain.
I offer a 'pronto' delivery option (ask for a quote) and you'll get all or an agreed portion of your images within timeframes from 6 hours.
Regular delivery time option is one to two weeks from the shoot.
Just let me know if you know you're the excited type or working to a particular schedule!
How will I receive my photos?
You'll get your digitial images through your own online gallery. You'll be able to download sinlge images or the entire gallery with the click of a button. Plus, choose from the resolution options to suit your purpose!
Can you do photos and video for the one occassion?
Yes, I can do a hybrid approach. It is trickier than doing one or the other exclusively and best results are achieved when I'm focussed. But if necessity calls, I can deliver!
How do you operate?
I usually work with two cameras at once and can supply an assistant for more complex jobs where extra lighting and or release forms are needed.
Do you supply backdrops and decorative extras?
Please ask if you need anything extra for your photo shoot. I might just be able to source it for you :)
Live Streaming FAQ
Can i get a recording of the stream too?
Yes, we'll record the stream at the maximum stream quality. Editing services are also available to tidy up or shorten your event so it's a pleasure to watch again after the event.
Where can you livestream from?
Indoors, outdoors - almost anywhere! If the venue doesn't have ethernet or reliable wi-fi, we can use cellular connection. If that's not going to be reliable because reception is limited, a cellular bonding solution might be very suitable!
Which platforms can you stream to?
A variety of locations including your own YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, Zoom or other account. We can also stream to our own accounts.

How delayed is the 'live' stream?
This depends on the quality of the internet connection, however it can be as low as 30 seconds up to a few minutes.
How many people are in your crew?
Basic packages or simple requirements can be run be a single operator. But larger events may require one to two additional operators for the best outcome.
How many camera angles can you provide?
We can currently provide 3 camera angles and have an additional feed from a slideshow, video or other media source.
